I have a check engine light on and i would like to know how do i do find out what is wrong ...

check in the engine code sections theres a list of obd-1 and obd-2 codes,someone there can also tell you how to check them yourself

Just use a paper clip to jumper the plug, turn the ignition on and count the number of blinks the check engine light blinks. a long blink is 10 and a short blink is 1.
so this would be: _ _- 21
this would be: _--- 13

After you get the number, Fast4 posted a good list of trouble codes in the "Engine trouble codes" section of this site. Go take a look what you have :tup
