ok, after seeing many sigs here, I noticed that many were missing that "Stroke finishing touch". The Stroke is the black outline of a sig or wallpaper etc. For example:
This is a sig I made without Stroke

To add a stroke to a sig,
1.create a new layer on top of all the existing layers
2. then go to Select>Select all
3.Edit>Stroke use the settings ...1 pixel width, color black (or a diff color if you want) , and location : inside, then hit ok and walla!
